FAQ'S


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES -


PLEASE NOTE: We do not process orders or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
All orders ship the following business day after your items arrive here to us from vendors if those items are not in stock at our warehouse.
Candles and Tarts, Personalized items, and Printed items will take the maximum processing times because they are being made to order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS -


If an item has Sold Out of stock, we do not guarantee that we will be able to stock that exact item again from our vendors.  
Our product inventory is continually changing! We do this to keep things fresh and updated for our customers. Buy your desired items when you first see them, because we may not be able to get them back again. Please keep an eye on our website to see if your desired item has been restocked.
We do keep Bath Bombs and Soaps, Jewelry - although the selections may be different, Soy Tarts, Dip Mixes in stock.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY -


In some cases, an item that you have already ordered may become out of stock from our vendor after you have already placed your order for that item.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will always refund you in full when this happens.

IS THERE A PRINTED CATALOG -


No. This is because of the number of products we carry, and because of the constant changing of the products available. It would just be impossible to keep a printed catalog up-to-date.

PAYMENTS -


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to place an order with us.  PayPal is our payment processor, so you may see a screen for PayPal - but you have the option to pay using any of the credit/debit card options listed.
BE SURE that your credit card billing address is the same as and matches the address that you put on your order.
When credit cards are declined, in most cases it is due to a mismatched address between the credit card and the address listed on your order.
If your credit card is declined for any reason, the order will not be processed or shipped.

SHIPPING -


We ship USPS to the United States and Canada.  Please remember that liquid items cannot be shipped outside the U.S.
Our shipping costs are based on the USPS rates fees to us, and we do not add any extra costs to those.
Customer is responsible for paying all duty fees, VAT taxes, out of the U.S. taxes, Customs fees for orders going outside the U.S.
Once your package has left Sparkly Expressions, it is out of our hands. You will receive a tracking number for your order.  If you do not receive your order, please contact your local Post Office with that tracking number and they can help you locate your shipment/package.


Refused shipments, Return To Sender or Undeliverable shipments WILL NOT be allowed or granted a refund.
RETURNED PACKAGES - Customer will be responsible to pay for shipping costs if we have to re-ship to you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
